1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and 787ph Entertainment ("787ph", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 787ph.cam website and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

• Payment method verification (photograph or scan of credit/debit card, bank statement, or e-wallet screenshot)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within seven (7) days of request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. 787ph will never request your password or payment card PIN.

2.3 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 787ph. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 787ph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, payment methods, IP addresses, device fingerprints, and betting patterns.

If 787ph identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to:

• Forfeit all balances in duplicate accounts

2.4 Account Security

You agree to immediately notify 787ph if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 787ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials, except where such loss results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

787ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You should use a strong, unique password and avoid accessing your account on public or unsecured WiFi networks.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Where this is not feasible, 787ph may request alternative withdrawal documentation for anti-money laundering compliance.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300 for most payment methods. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP level and account verification status. Standard processing time for withdrawals is up to 24 hours for verified accounts, with GCash and Maya withdrawals often processed within 2-6 hours.

Before processing your first withdrawal, 787ph requires full account verification including identity verification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Subsequent withdrawals may be subject to random security checks.

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• Failure to complete verification when requested
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12+ months)
• Self-exclusion or responsible gambling concerns
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, 787ph will settle outstanding bets at prevailing odds, deduct any amounts owed to 787ph, and return remaining legitimate balances to you via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds and winnings derived from Terms violations will be forfeited.

6.3 Inactive Account Policy

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. 787ph may charge an administrative fee of PHP 500 per month for inactive accounts with positive balances. Accounts inactive for 24+ months with balances below PHP 1,000 may be closed and balances forfeited after reasonable attempts to contact you.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 787ph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Business interruption or loss of use
• Personal injury or emotional distress
• Third-party claims or actions

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

787ph does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. In such jurisdictions, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your 787ph account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11. General Provisions

11.5 Force Majeure

787ph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet service failures, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

11.6 Language

These Terms are prepared in the English language. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
